Uploading Publisher Web Site to Earthlink

I have created a Web Site using Publisher (whichever
version comes with Office XP Small Business) and I
cannot figure out how to get it to appear as is on my
website. I exported it as a webpage to my ftp address and
now I have a list of links to each individual
graphic/photo and group of text, but I can't get it to
all appear together as it does in Publisher. I am
completely frustrated! Can anyone help me?

You may not have created the home page "index.htm"

I strongly recommend you review all material I have on version 2002.
