uploading resources to enterprise resource pool

forum is there any way to upload a resource pool from a
spread sheet or other file to enterprise resource pool in
server 2002. I know you can Upload resources from a
project but I was wondering if there was any other way.
using project pro and server 2002. thanks for all replies
