Uploading to server problem

I upload changes, as the webmaster, to my Church's web site server which is
physically located in the church. Until recently I had access to it 27/7.
Last week the computer managers at the church changed some settings??, for
what purpose I don't know, but ever since I can only get into the server when
the office is closed and no one else is using the computer. Yes we all use
the same computer. I am trying to figure out what happened with out asking
the computer company and save the church another charge for their
information. If this question makes sence to anyone please give me some ideas.

You might ask the computer company what they did to your
web site server to detect when your office is closed before
it'll let you on! With this approach, they may discover a
goof and not charge you anything.
