Uploading via PC without FrontPage?

Yep, open the website in Internet Explorer in FTP mode browse to the section of the web you want to
move files to and then drag files from your machine into the IE window.

You can also add the site to My Network Places, Open Network places, right click the link, select
Explore, log in when prompted and the site will open just like another drive on your machine

After you open the site this way, click file and select "Log in as" and log in.

yes...with an FTP program, provided you don't use the FP server extensions,
which require you to publish by Frontpage's http: mode.
