Uploading web page via open web

I cant upload my web pages via open web. my server is 123-reg.co.uk and I
have purchased frontpage extensions to allow me to do this. I have
reconfigured Norton internet security and turned it off with no effect. has
anyone got any tips as Im going bonkers?
