Upper Case Letters

Hi,

I have *=DATE(2006,1+1,0)* in cell A1, formatted as mmmm yyyy, which
appears as *January 2006*. How can I have it appear as *JANUARY 2006*?
(I tried UPPER(DATE(2006,1+1,0)) but it didn't do it.)
