Upper/Lower Case button Publisher 2003

In Publisher 2000 there was an Upper/Lower Case button and I can't seem to
find the same button in Publisher 2003. I would like to know if this button
is available and where OR if it's been replaced with another procedure and
then I'd like to learn what that procedure is.

I've only just begun learning the program, so I'm not familiar with every
aspect - as if I could get that far in one week!

Thank you!

Go to Tools > Customize > Commands Tab and select the "Format" category. To
the right are the list of commands. Once of the commands is called All Caps.
Drag that command to your toolbar (where ever you prefer to have it).

What I want to do is make a lower case letter the same height as an upper
case letter. I don't want to change the case, just the size. I probabaly
didn't explain that the first time. I've seen this done, and am trying to
duplicate it, but have been unsuccessful. The person who created it
originally has left the company, so I can't ask her how she did it.

Thanks for your help and the reminder that I should have explain my "actual"
goal better.
