Upper record shown(not selected) in a datasheet

Hi

Does anyone know a trick to get the first record that is shown in a datasheet (that is scrolled). This while this record is not actually selected. What i'm searching is a way to obtain the value that is shown in the tooltip of the vertical scrollbar while you scroll in a datasheet

Onother solution could be making of this first shown record a selected one. If you know a way to do that it would also help
