I am having a similar problem... I have the product key but the system just
keeps saying that it is not correct... It is for the full version of office
2007 and just began doing it out of the blue after I activated it online...
What did you upgrade from? Did you "upgrade" from the trial version or did
you upgrade from Office 2003 or any other previous versions? The word
upgrade can be misleading in certain circumstances.
If you had a trial version on your system then you should have uninstalled
it completely before installing your boxed version. Please let me know
exactly how did you upgrade your software so that I can advise you the best
way to clear any remnants of Office 2007 so that you can start all over
again.
