Is there a way to get a text to be upside down in Office?
I am trying to make a name tent.
If not in Office, is ther some other software that can do it?

Powerpoint can do it.

Insert a text box, type your text then press ESC to select the text box
itself rather than the text within it. You'll see a set of selection
handles AND a green rotation handle appear. Grab the rotation handle
and spin away.

Or less enthusiastic but more precise, right click the shape and:

In 2007 choose Size and Position

In 2003 and previous choose Format Shape

On the size tab of the dialog box that results, enter 180 into the
rotation box.
