Upside-down screen

I was working in Office Outlook, when I accidentally hit, I think, alt +
shift, and the whole screen went upside down. Even after I shut down and
restarted, the screens remains in this position. What should I do to get
right-side-up again???

This isn't a feature of Outlook and in fact isn't even Outlook related. This
is an option of your videocard driver. You can go to Control Panel-> Display
Settings-> tab Settings-> button Advanced... to access these features.

That is a hotkey defined by the software you installed (or was
installed) for your video card. If alt+shift doesn't rotate or realign
the screen then the software uses individual hotkeys for each
orientation (0, 90, 180, and 270 degrees). You'll need to review your
video card's driver/software instructions. See if the Display applet
(under advanced settings) has a tab for changing orientation (if the
video software doesn't provide a tray icon that gives quick access to
those settings).
