upsizing Access Database under windows 2003

We have an Access database developed under the Windows 2000 Professional
operating system. Due to the growth of the database, we are forced to upsize
to the SQL database. During this processor, management has decided to
upgrade their operating system to Windows 2003. Since we are rewriting the
ADO Code to SQL Code, will the upgraded Windows 2003 operating system
adversely impact our work so far?
