Upsizing wizard in access xp

I having problems running the upsizing wizard in access
xp. Problem is my system seems to halt process where as
it will start going through the forms then task manager
says its not responding. I'm trying to convert to .adp. I
never get a report log either. does anyone have any ideas
what I should try?
Any information will be greatly appreciated thanks, Elaine

First, make sure that you have the latest service pack for Office XP
applied, Office XP SP3.

Also, the following article lists some issue with the Upsizing Wizard and
ways to resolve them. I am not sure if any apply to your situation, but

The "not responding" which task mgr displays can be misleading if the
program in question is in a tight loop. Give it some time to
continue. It could take three or five minutes.
