Hi- oh i hope someone can help me!
i'm working for a company and i need to take a one page form, that they've
always had in hard copy, and convert it to a web form for their intranet.
Here's the tricky part... the form is something that each employee will fill
out over the course of a quarter. (It will contain information about a
series of 8 reviews)... so when an employee goes to this form on the website,
they will need to access the entire form, including their previous reviews.
But I want them only to be able to update the last record. Does that make
sense? Is there any hope for this?
