Urgent - Address disappeared

My outlook does not appear email address in "To:" field,
but when I reply to all, all receipts email address will
appeared again. Why? Is it a problem on my outlook client
setting? Or on my company exchange server setting?

My client version : outlook2002
My company exchange version : Exchange 2000
