urgent : change the title on different MSword

HI,every body.
I face a trouble now.I have do a clerk but my boss need
me change the title from different doucnment.
e.g
first letter:
To Miss Chan ,
I received your mail.....

Second letter,
To Mr.Fung
I received your mail....

do u know how to change the title ?

Hi Maggie,

Are you referring to the file name? If that is the case use File/Save As
and provide a new name for the file.
