URGENT -Changing resource assignments from mpp file to enterprise published project

Hi How can we chang resource assignments from mpp file to enterprise published project. That is, I have existing stand alone projects that were created in MSP 2000 and now I am trying to publish them into Proj2003. Each project has actuals associated to the resources, I have been able to add the enterprixe resources to the project but I need to replace the existing resources with the enterprice resources and that mean the actuals as well.

Please help

After you did an import project, do a republish
assignments and check overwrite actuals.
