Urgent!!!Component errors

I am creating a photo gallery and the gallery won't come up after publishing the pages. I checked the reports and it said that "A front page include component reference URL "the url in here" but the file cannot be found" How can I fix this problem? I need to put up this page so someone in Australia can see it. So please help me.
