URGENT confirmation form data does not display

D

Dennis

Hi Ken,

Right click on the form and click on "form properties".

When the popup opens, click on "options"

then click the "File Results" tab.

Then click on "browse" and look for the confirmation
page.

When you find the page, click on it, then click OK and
save the page.

Then go online and submit the form. You should see your
confirmation information on submit.

Please reply and let me know if this solved your problem.

Hi Dennis:
I had performed all those steps. I finally telephoned ms
pay support. Apparently, the code for my confirmation
page became corrupted. The tech support and I ran through
all of the steps and all my work was correct. When we
created a new confirmation page from scratch, including
the hover buttons all worked fine. The tech really is
guessing that the original code became corrupted somewhere.
Thanks for your suggestion and quick response. I really
appreciate it.

I have a similar concern - I was hoping you would have the answer fo
that.

Using MS FP 2002 - Build a submission page, Built a confirmation, an
built a error page.

Question: How to display the error on the custom Confirmation Page.

My assumption is that a similar process would need to be followed jus
as to display fields. But I do not know the name of the error field o
fields to include them on this custom error page.

Any ideas?

You can only display your form fields (from the form) on the Confirmation page
- the error page only shows up if there was an error in sending the form
