URGENT : Error number 32

This question was posten a lot of times by different people, however no
response...
Someone knows how to solve it???

Reverse engeneering of .NET solution to Visio failed and returns error:
"Reverse engineering failed.
Couldn't add the UML diagram to the solution. Error number 32. "

Tryied all: reinstall, adding US models, etc... NO RESULT !!!



PLEASE HELP !!!
