urgent help- access to excel

hi

i designed a query in access. i want the users to run the query in
excel without opening the access database and data once refreshed in
access, should be updated in excel as well

Can you pls give me a step by step process thank yu much

You should run the query in Access, and use a VBA or macro to run the
TransferSpreadsheet action to move the data to an Excel spreadsheet. Look up
TransferSpreadsheet in the Access helpfiles for details.
