Urgent help: How to make arrows bigger in Cycle Diagram

I am making a cycle Diagram with 12 entries and arrows. the text is small but
the arrows are even smaller and looks like they should and could be
increased in size. I have increased the size to cover up the whole slide and
arrows are still small. Anyway to automaticaly increase the size of the
arrows automatically to where it looks professional.

Looks like it's pretty manual. If you turn off AutoLayout on the Diagram
toolbar (It's u nder the Layout dropdown), you can Shift+Click and select
all the arrows. Drag a white handle to make them wider. You'll need to make
them longer individually by selecting one arrow and moving the yellow
diamond. Repeat for the rest. Or format one arrow, copy it and paste it and
rotate as needed, then delete the others.
