I am working in a table in Office 2003. one of my colmns needs to be set up
sothat it contains a maximum of 20 characters. I also need it to be set up
that if there is less than 20 charachters in the colmn, it must automatically
fill the colmns with spaces. eg MR T APPLE contains only 10 charachters,
meaning that i will need ten spaces aswell.
I need it set up that way sothat i can convert the table to text, and then
copy it into a normal txt file. the txt file is then used in my banking
software (STANDARD BANK EFTS PROGRAMM).
