Urgent Help Needed : Print screen on word document

When I opened the word document which was saved earlier,
all the information on the print screens that I attached
to this document is missing except that a big red cross
appeared on the print screen. Due to this error, the file
size of the document was reduced.

Is there anyway to restore back the original document with
complete print screen?
