URGENT: How to rotate arrow/connector's affiliated text?

When I try to rotate the text connected to an arrow/connector (By Right
Clicking the text and selecting Shape > Rotate Text) I am getting the msg
"Shape protection and/or layer properties prevent complete execution of this
command."

What should I do?

Pls help urgently.

Depends a bit on exactly what shape it is.
Use menu Format -> Special
and tell us the Master name.

(you will need to be in developer mode to see this menu: Tools -> Options -> Advanced)
