Urgent!No Risks & Issues Assigned on PWA

All,
One of my PM facing a problem with master plan and sub-projects.
when team members update actual hours on timesheet, they see tasks send for
approval. But on my PM update page, he did't see the tasks waiting for
approval.
what's going wrong here.....
he used to get all tasks update before but suddenly not getting it?

need your help!

are these delegated task?
if they are and the one delegated them assumes the lead then that one should upload them first for the PM to see them.
if they are creating these tasks then the one who is going to receive them is the owner of the project.

if the PM is not the owner of the tasks then he will get nothing, he had to go to the project 2003 and select the tasks he want to monitor and go to collaborate republish assignments and select the become the manager of these tasks in that way he will get the updates

PS2003 does not fully support Master Projects and may cause issues with
duplicate assignments. To prevent the likelihood of any problems do not
publish master projects in 2003. 2007 however does fully support master
projects.
