urgent Office 2003 beta reinstall

Hello...
My problem.. I install Office 2003 Beta..+ technical review few weeks ago
I crash my disk.. I reinstall Office 2003 Beta.... but the lik to the
technical reviez does'nt exist anymore.... and I'm not able to open my PST
files under Outlook.... does anyone could help me ??

As the full product has been available for a few days now (since the 21st, I
believe) Microsoft has ceased all support for the beta and the technical
refreshes have been withdrawn.
