URGENT: Outlook unable to connect to Exchange 2003 with 0x8004011D

Dear all,
When I launched my outlook 2007 (either in office or at home via VPN), I
always get offline status. Everytime I have to disconnect my wifi + LAN
connection, then sometimes with luck I can connect to exchange 2003.

I managed to ping the exchange server with reply response
I have added the mail server name in my hosts file
I can access web based exchange 2003 email

I'm using Vista Business with outlook 2007
My network interface are Realtek RTL8168/8111 & Atheros AR5005G

Need your help urgently.
