We have one call centre mailbox which needs to be monitored by 16 different
users.
When the emails come to this Call Centre MBX, and when any user responds to
this incoming email, the FROM address should change to the CALL CENTRE
Address and not the users default email address. We do not have the choice to
SENDONBEHALFOF, or use OWA, or Open Mulitple OL Profiles, or Enable the FROM
Option.
The Manager of Call centre used Lotus Notes at some point and she says all
this was posisble from one screen, they have different tabs and made the job
in a single click and she said OL sucks!!!!
How do Outlook do this ...we run OL2002. How can be this easily achieved
from within one OL.
Remember the goal here is the Send Email Address ..which needs to be changed
to the mailbox/users email address from within which the user is responding
from.
