URGENT!! Please HELP!!

i have an access 2002 project with user and group permissions, i moved the
database on the computer and now i cant even open it it says i dont have the
permissions, i moved it back and it still doesnt work?!? and ive done the
right click and reset and changed the security settings, now they are default
nothing is working, and i need to get this done now!!!
please help

Are you joined to the workgroup file where you built your users and
passwords?

Typically, you should create a shortcut that includes the database file and
the appropriate workgroup. This will force that database to open under the
workgroup with which it is associated.

Permissions run from top to bottom. Go to the main folder that the database
is located and change permissions at the top level. You may have to keep
going and change the permissions on the next subfolder then the next etc.
