Hi, Outlook and Exchange Experts,
We're currently using Outlook 2003/MS Exhchange 2003. We've created a
Public (user defifined one off) Task folder to save all projects (about
3 Mbyte). We ased the users to add this folder into favorite und make
it offline available. In addition the users are asked to set the
individual filter on that folder, so that they can only see the
projects which are assigned to them.
After we have great performance problem. At startup the outlook hangs
up. And very often we get warning saying " Outlook is trying to read
the data from exchange server....", after we click on the public
folder.
Has anyone an idea? Do you think that the public folder is the cause
for the performance problem? Or it is just a coincidence?
Thanks a lot
