Job Description/Skills Required:
Minimum of 8 years of system analysis, process design and product
development experience.
Minimum of 3 years of work experience successfully implementing and/or
supporting custom applications built on the Remedy AR platform or 2
years of Remedy AR experience plus another competing workflow tool such
as Tibco, IBM MQ, Clarify, etc.
Minimum of 2 years of experience integrating disparate systems to
Remedy AR or a competing workflow product.
Minimum of 1 year of experience provisioning user accounts and
permissions for internal or external systems.
Remedy ARS 6.0 (6.3 would be a plus). How to create forms, views,
workflow (active links, filters, escalations, guides) and general
custom development.
Remedy mid-tier 6.0 (6.3 would be a plus). How to deploy applications,
form URLs, create custom web-view etc. Any web UI design experience
would be a plus.
Remedy Administration is highly desirable: System management,
configuration, troubleshooting, security, performance turning and
provide support to users of the Remedy system.
4+ years of technical expertise in SQL queries in either MS SQL Server
or Oracle
Excellent skills in problem solving, client interaction, communication,
and presentation. This candidate will be interacting closely with the
IT lead and eBay Fraud functional leads making good communication and
inter-personal skills essential.
Self-starter, team player, with a strong drive for results and
continuous improvement.
2.HP SERVICE DESK CONSULTANT
Exp: 4-6YEAR
Location : Richmond VA
Duration : 6 Months
Start Date :ASAP
Job Description:
2 to 5 years of IT experience with 1 year HP Service Desk .
Should have worked on the implementation of Service Desk modules in
minimum 2-3 projects in an end-to-end fashion .
Thorough understanding of the SD product - architecture,
customization, database tables / fields, workflow configuration,
integration of SD with other products etc . Should have experience in
scripting - Shell & Perl/CGI & html. Java scripting is desirable.
Knowledge of C/C++, VB would be an advantage.
Good understanding of databases (SQL, Oracle) & design aspects, Level 1
administration knowledge desirable .
Exposure to Crystal Reports or equivalent reporting tools is desirable
Job Requirements:
Understand customer requirements, analyze those & convert them to
appropriate implementation in the OV tool .
Installation of HP Openview Service Desk modules - both Windows &
Unix (Solaris / HPUX) platforms .
Configuration of Oracle / SQL database, web server for SD use . Apply
patches & licenses as needed .
Configuration & Customization of the SD product - forms, web pages,
business rules, workflow, table fields etc. .
Integration of SD with email servers, ESM tool (like OV, Unicenter,
Tivoli etc), Active Directory / LDAP etc.
Generation of various reports - built-in as well as using a reporter
tool like Crystal Reports or OV Reporter .
Trouble shooting problems faced during implementations & coordinating
with HP Technical support for any issues faced
