URGENT: Unable to upload Enterprise Project

Jen

All-

I tried uploading Enterprise project file from Project
Professional by following the directions from
(http://www.projectserverexperts.com/Project Server%
20FAQs/pubnonenterprise.htm). My username and pw were
accepted, but I always get the same SQL Server Login box
and unable to log in. Details:

SQL Server Login box includes Server, Login
ID=MSProjectUser, and PW.

When I click "OK," I get the following error message:
Connection failed:
SQLState: '01000'
SQL Server Error: 51
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]
ConnectionOpen(Connect()).
....
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server
does not exist or access denied.

Any suggestions on this? Thanks for your time!

Is your SQL Server running? I just had this the other day after running the
Project Server 2002 patch and the Office Web Components update. Had to go to
adminustration tools > services and change the MSSQL service login.

Thanks for the quick reply, Dave. Could you explain more
on what I need to do at the administration tools part?

Thanks,
Jen
