URGENTI am not able to type anything

I am able to type my log in and password when logging into my computer but
when i open anything, microsoft office, emails. EVERYTHING REALLY, i cannot
type anything in it...
Would appreciate feedback soon, as IT Guy hasnt come in for 2 weeks to fix
it and when phoning him again said wont be able to come in for a couple of
days.. pretty slack. Need someone to help as this is my office comp

Sounds like it needs to be activated. Try opening Word - Help - Activate
