URL is not working in Project Pro!!!!

Hello :

I am getting an ambigious error in this morning. The
Project Prof. 2003 is not connecting to Project Server.
It was working fine till friday(Remember PWA is working
fine). When i tried to check its URL by going its
enterprise Project server Accounts, and tested this URL,
it fails with a message 'Unexpected Server Response'and
when i see its view , it semms luke it goes to local
directory instead of http site
('C:\projectserver\lgnps.asp')

I dont understand why its happening. Any idea?

Did you install the various services or Project Server using an account that
has an expiring password? This is a common cause for such sudden problems.
