I have a mixture of 2000/XP Professional clients which use Office 2000
Professional. When updating with one of the service packs, I received on
about half or more of the clients, the source path could not be found.
Updates were done by the administrator directly from the cd drive and from a
networked drive on the server ( 2000 server ). Errors in the clients Applog
are MsiInstaller 1004, 1001 and 11708. Article ID: 297168 says to use
Microsoft VBScript but doesn't tell how to start. Any ideas?
