US holidays file Entourage?

Apple has files you can download for use in iCal, such as US holidays, and
other specialized calendars created by others. It¹s really nice to be able
to add such categories of events to your calendar.

Does anything like this exist for Microsoft Entourage?

Not as an online download, no. But you can import Holidays from any country
(just about): File/Import/Choose Countries
