US Holidays won't display in XP

I installed Windows XP and now my US Holidays won't display in the Calendar of Outlook 2000. Any ideas?

The Holidays file that shipped with Outlook 2000 only contained holidays
through the year 2002. You'll need to download and install an updated
Holidays file. You can get help with that here:
