Usage Analysis

I am trying to view usage anaylsis via frontpage and I unable to view
'Configure Usage Analysis Settings' under root Administration homepage.

I have confirmed the following:
web logging is turned on for the webserver
Frontpage Server externsion 2002 configured
Opening Administration Home for root of web
Click to expand...

and I am still unable to view 'Configure Usage Analysis Settings'. Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
