Use a 'binder' to combine multiple MS Publisher files into a 'boo.

I think this suggestion has been made before, but I think it would be nice to
be able to combine multiple publisher files into one book. PageMaker,
QuarkXPress and InDesign all have similar features. They also can create a
Table of Contents over multiple publications (files) making up the book. A
dynamic TOC feature like MS Word has would be great.
