Is it possible to render web pages with Microsoft Project generated charts and other Microsoft Project objects?

As far as i know, you can not do it.
Project charts & other project generated object can be access only by a server running so called "project Central".
Even if you have this, it's not so easy to do.

I know that excel has/had a web charting object. I've actually done stuff similar to this before you were right it was painful. Obtaining Project Central is not an issue I can have it in a few hours. What else would I need? What would be involved in doing it with Project Central and where could I go for more information?
