In Outlook 2002, Tools, Options, Calendar Options, the
Advanced Option "When sending meeting requests over the
Internet, use iCalendar format" is grayed out. Why? As a
consequence, meeting requests are recieved as textformated
mails. Outlook is setup to use an Exchange Server account.
