Use mail instead of Entourage?

Email Client: pop

I was having stability issues trying Imap, and someone told me that Mail (mac's mail) is much better email client. I'm with Entourage for many years and have no interest in learing a new app, or interest in imap anymore, but curious -- is he correct? or BS?

You're asking for opinions, not facts. Who's to say what's "correct"?

You're asking for opinions, not facts. Who's to say what's "correct"?

As much as I don't like Entourage, I have to admit that it does well with
IMAP. I've much to compare to, including Outlook on the PC and the mail
client on the MAC. Entourage I think does a better job overall of handling
IMAP, and syncs well with several other clients. No complaints there.
Entourage definitely handles IMAP much better than Outlook on Windows (not
really an opinion as much as fact, based on sync behaviors and available
menu options available in Entourage but not in Outlook).
