Use of address book with share contact

J

Joseph Liu

One of our manager has more than 900 contacts and 20 groups in his Exchange
mailbox. His secretary needs to manage the mailbox day to day and is required
to send mail using his contact list.

The manager's "Contact" folder had been shared to his secretary. After
checking with his secretary, the manager's "Contact" folder can be opened by
the secretary through "Open share contact folder". However, when the
secretary tries to send email, she is unable to select contact from the
manager's contact folder through the address book. What she can see is just
the global address book and her personal address book.

Please advise how she can select contacts from her manager's contact folder.

it can't be added to her address book - she can open the folder to select
the person first, then use actions, new message to contact. Create a custom
view that shows only contacts with email addresses and it will be much
easier.
