Use of Binders program with Office XP?

I can't seem to be able to locate the Binders programe within Office XP. I
have delveloped a lot of material using Binders in Office 98 & 2000, but
can't find it on the new Office XP Pro program I upgraded to with a new
computer running Windows XP Pro.

If Binders has been removed from Office XP - why? And is there another
program that could offer similar capabilities as Binders?
