Use of Clip Art

Are there copyright restrictions on the use of clip art that is included with
Publisher? For example, I would like to use it on my web site (I am a
Realtor).

Generally speaking you can use the images freely if you don't incorporate them into
your logo or re-sell them as part of a collection.
