On the 18th Nov all my excel files protected by IRM decided that I didn't
have the correct permission to open them and suggested that I e-mail myself
for access rights. It transpired that many people across the world
experienced the same difficulties from the same date. I haven't been able to
obtain a solution to the problem, it would apprear as if it was a common mode
problem most likely at the microsoft server end. Any ideas about progressing
a solution to this problem or who might be able to assist me in accessing
what are very important files would be greatly appreciated
