Dear Sir,
anyone can advise whether can I install MS office 2003 (OEM) & Windows XP
Pro (OEM) on a desktop PC and a notebook.

Note : Either one of them is use at one time only by myself.
Notebook is use only when travel.

Do I need to purchase a seprate license?

Please advise.

OEM software can only be installed on one computer.
You'll need a new license for a second installation.

An OEM version is licensed only to the PC it was supplied with.
You therefore need full retail, or possibly upgrade versions for your other
PC
NB Some office retail versions allow for the installation, for a single
user, on a desktop and Laptop
Windows, unless you have a volume Licence, is only licensed for a single
working installation.
