Can I use ORCA (carefully!) to register my application's .chm help file
during msi installation so that it can be opened when a runtime licence is
used (which doesn't currently happen as Office Assistant is absent fropm a
run-time licence)! If so, how?
Is this preferable to creating a opening initial form on each application
use with suitable code to register the help file on each use?
