Use Office xp for Students and Teachers 2002 on another computer

Have replaced my computer but can't activate - says already activated on
another computer - my old one. Tried using telephone number so I could
explain 00800 22848283. also tried without first 0 but neither works. Any
suggestions to activate it or a correct telephone number

Search MS's website. I know how to find it for the US but not UK. I'm sorry
I can't be of more help.
